pSB3CY_Zeo shuttle vector backbone for Komagataella phaffii

pSB3CYP_Zeo is a ready to use lvl 2 shuttle vector for Komagataella phaffii (fomerly Pichia pastoris). It is the pSB3CYP_aeBlue shuttle vector (BBa_K4645005). The plasmid should appear in a pink color, if an expression casette is added the colonies turn white, which makes it easy to select colonies which have the right plasmid inserted. The selection marker can be changed using the restriction enzymes SpeI and NotI.
